Re:amaze

A shared inbox for several storefronts. One report to explain them all.

Smart Instinct is a helpdesk implementation and AI agent setup agency. We configure Re:amaze end to end: channels, workflows, macros, the FAQ site, and the multi-brand structure that keeps several storefronts readable in one place.

Builds from $3,750. Last updated August 1, 2026.

What we configure

Running several storefronts through one inbox works right up until a customer gets a reply signed by the wrong brand. Separating identity without splitting the queue is the whole job.

Best for

  • You run several storefronts and want one queue without mixing identities.
  • You want low admin overhead on a small team.
  • You want self-service built from real ticket text.
  • You want a fixed price and a documented handoff.
  • Someone internal will own the configuration afterward.

Not a fit if

  • You need skills-based routing and deep SLA hierarchies.
  • You want a guaranteed deflection percentage.
  • You need agent staffing or BPO.
  • Your budget is under $500, which is the audit floor.

What it costs

The same numbers as every other page on this site. Pricing does not vary by platform.

Each tier is a fixed price for the scope limits listed, not for a company of a given size. Past a limit: $1,250 per integration, $2,500 per brand, $3,750 per platform. Agent counts are guidance, not a rule.

Questions we get on the call

Can it handle several brands properly?

Yes, and it is the main reason multi-storefront teams pick it. The work is in setting up brand identity per channel so replies never go out signed by the wrong store, and in keeping reporting separable afterward.

What happens to our existing bots when we turn the AI Agent on?

Enabling the AI Agent stops the classic bots. Cue Bots and Workflow Bots keep running. That surprises teams who assumed everything would coexist, so we plan the transition rather than flipping the switch and finding out. Note also that the old Bot Resolved status is now AI Agent Done.

How fast do I get a price?

On the scoping call. A fixed price, not a range.

Who owns the configuration when you leave?

You do, documented.
