Zoho Desk
Smart Instinct is a helpdesk implementation and AI agent setup agency. We configure Zoho Desk end to end: departments, layouts, workflow rules, SLAs, Help Center, and the automation that keeps a growing team consistent.
Departments are where most Zoho Desk instances quietly diverge. Three teams, three conventions, one report that nobody trusts.
The same numbers as every other page on this site. Pricing does not vary by platform.
Each tier is a fixed price for the scope limits listed, not for a company of a given size. Past a limit: $1,250 per integration, $2,500 per brand, $3,750 per platform. Agent counts are guidance, not a rule.
Not Desk itself. Zoho's PCI self-assessment covers seven products, Books, Invoice, Inventory, Billing, Expense, Checkout and Commerce, and Desk is not among them. Keep cardholder data out of the ticket and design intake so it never lands there. We build that intake as part of the configuration.
On the scoping call. A fixed price, not a range you have to chase through a proposal cycle.
Two to four weeks on Essential, three to five on Professional, four to six on Premium. Weeks, not months.
Automation moves work off agents. Volume itself usually falls through self-service and better intake design, not through rules. We instrument both so you can read the actual number after go-live.
You do, documented. That is the point of the handoff, and it is why the price includes writing it down rather than keeping it in our heads.
No. Retainers exist for teams who want ongoing tuning without hiring an admin. Plenty of clients take the documented handoff and run it themselves.
Thirty minutes, no charge. We will tell you what it costs to fix them, or that it is not worth fixing yet.
