RingCentral
Smart Instinct is a helpdesk implementation and AI agent setup agency. We configure RingCentral end to end: numbers and porting, IVR and business hours, queues and agent routing, and the integration that writes each call into whichever helpdesk your tickets actually live in.
The failure we see most often is an IVR that sends everything to one ring group because after-hours coverage was never actually defined.
The same numbers as every other page on this site. Pricing does not vary by platform.
Each tier is a fixed price for the scope limits listed. Past a limit: $1,250 per integration, $2,500 per brand, $3,750 per platform. Porting timelines are set by carriers, not by us, and we plan around them rather than promising a date we do not control.
No, and buying it as one is a mistake we have been called in to unpick. It is voice and contact center infrastructure. Your tickets still need to live in a helpdesk, and the value of this build is the integration that connects the two.
RingEX is the business phone system. RingCX is the contact center layer with queues, routing and agent states. Plenty of teams buy both and configure them as if they were separate products, which is where the reporting falls apart.
Carriers set that, not us. It varies by country and number type and we plan the cutover sequence around it so nothing goes dark. Anyone promising you a firm porting date without checking the carrier is guessing.
You do, documented.
Thirty minutes, no charge. We will tell you what it costs to fix them, or that it is not worth fixing yet.
